Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During new product launches or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Estimated delivery times​

After your order ships, estimated delivery is by standard shipping: 3–5 business days ($5.95 flat rate)

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and may vary due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen delays.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we'll gladly help you work with the carrier to locate your shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Street465 is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
